- 目的 基于中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biology Medicine disc, CBM)中的文献,对中医药治疗高血压领域的研究现状、研究热点进行分析,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法 以CBM数据库中收录的有关中医药治疗高血压文献为数据来源,利用Excel和Spss19.0软件对文献进行统计分析。结果 共获取文献3 488篇,文献的研究热点集中在从血瘀、痰湿等角度阐释左心室肥厚与高血压之间的病理生理关系,天麻、钩藤等中药治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的疗效,以及葛根在调节血浆中内皮血管肽类、一氧化氮等物质水平。结论 目前中医药治疗高血压的研究主要集中在对药物疗效和药理机制方面的研究。主要的研究药物为天麻、钩藤、葛根等;天麻钩藤饮为是治疗高血压的主要方剂之一。
- Abstract:
- Objectives This article statistically analyzed the current research situation and research hotspots of hypertension treatment by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and provided a reference for relative researches. Methods Applying literature about TCM hypertension treatment in CBM as data source, the authors analyzed the literature by Excel and Spss19.0 software. Results The total number of the literature for analyzing was 3 488. The research hotpots focused on the explanation of pathological and physiological relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertension from the aspects of stasis and phlegm, the treatment effects of gastrodia, uncaria and other traditional Chinese medicines in hypertension caused by liver-yang hyperactivity, and the efficacy of kudzu in the regulation of plasma and vascular peptide endothelin, nitric oxide and other substances level. Conclusion The current researches about hypertension treatment by Chinese medicine treatment focused on the drug efficacy and pharmacological mechanism. The main studies were on gastrodia, uncaria, kudzu etc. Gastrodia and Uncaria Beverage is one of major prescriptions commonly used to treat hypertension.
