- 中药饮片是在中医辨证论治的理论指导下,对中药材进行炮制加工后生成的产品。中药饮片既是中医临床诊断的处方用药,又是中成药的原料,因此中药饮片是中药行业的基础,起着举足轻重的作用。当前中药饮片质量参差不齐,严重影响了中医的临床疗效,阻碍了中医药事业的发展。本文以笔者自身工作的北京市一家二级基层医院为实例,系统地分析研究了基层医院如何实现中药饮片的质量监管,为基层医院进一步完善中药饮片质量的监管提供指导和建议。
- Abstract:
- Chinese herbal pieces are made from Chinese medicinal herbs under the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) differential diagnostic classification and treatment. They are both the prescription medication in TCM clinical diagnosis and raw materials of Chinese patent medicine. Therefore, as the foundation in the TCM industry, Chinese herbal pieces play an important role in the industry. This article was based on the author’s working experiences in a primary hospital in Beijing, analyzed the ways of quality control strategies realization in primary medical organizations and provided operational theoretical guidance for primary hospitals to improve the quality supervision of Chinese herbal pieces.
