- 目的 发现医学信息学当前课程体系中存在的弊端,提升毕业生就业满意度,进行课程体系改革。方法 对医学信息学系课程体系建设及就业分析进行问卷调查,用布卢姆教育分类学理论分析课程设置的不足并改进。结果 77名学生(77.78%)提出了明确需要弱化相关课程,87名学生(87.88%)提出需要增加课程的建议。依据布卢姆教育分类学理论中知识、情感和动作技能3个领域设计了新的课程体系。结论 新课程体系根据布卢姆教学目标层次,适当减少记忆类的课程内容,提高培训应用技能的课程比例,尤其是计算机与管理类的课程,以满足当前就业的需求。
- Abstract:
- Objective To find the current drawbacks of medical informatics curriculum; To enhance graduates’ employment satisfaction; To conduct curriculum system reform. Methods A questionnaire about curriculum construction of medical informatics and employment analysis was carried out. Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives was used to analyze the shortcomings of curriculum and improve it. Results 77 students (77.78%) believed that relevant courses should be weakened; 87 students (87.88%) proposed that relevant courses should be added. Based on the aspects of knowledge, emotion and motor skill in Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives, this article designed new curriculum. Conclusion According to the hierarchy of teaching objectives in Bloom theory, new curriculum properly decreases the course contents based on memory, increases the proportion of training practical skills in the curriculum, especially the courses about computers and management, with a purpose to meet the current employment demand.
