- 目的 从学生用户信息需求的角度出发,开展读者满意度调查活动。通过调查活动的组织实施,探讨高校图书馆提高读者服务工作质量的应对措施。方法 运用问卷调查法,针对我校中医学院学生进行图书馆读者满意度调查分析。结果 对图书馆环境中的标识、保洁、照明及学习环境的安静程度,以及图书馆员提供服务、本馆馆藏文献、培训讲座、图书馆提供的电子设备、数字移动图书馆、微信平台服务等方面的满意度均≥92%;而对图书馆的开闭馆时间(满意度83%)、自习区清理占座的效果(满意度84%)等方面满意度较低。结论 读者满意度是体现图书馆服务水平及其影响力的一项重要指标。通过读者满意度调查,根据读者的需求和要求,发现工作中的不足。针对读者的意见和建议,提出具体整改措施,进而提升图书馆的服务质量与效率,促进我校图书馆快速健康发展。
- Abstract:
- Objective Readers’ satisfaction investigation was taken from the perspective of the student readers’ information requirements. Through the organization and implementation of the investigation, measures to improve the quality of reader service in libraries of colleges and universities were discussed. Methods Questionnaire was used to conduct the readers’ satisfaction investigation by targeting students in TCM School. Results The satisfaction of logo, clean-keeping, lightening, the quietness of learning environment, service offered by librarians, holding literature, training lectures, electronic equipment, digital mobile library, and Wechat platform in the library was ≥92%; the satisfaction of opening and closing time (83%) and the effects of cleaning occupying a seat in self-study area (84%) was relatively low. Conclusion The readers’ satisfaction is an important indicator to evaluate the library service level and influence. According to readers’ advice and suggestions, we will take corresponding measures, and improve librarians’ service quality and efficiency, with a purpose to promote the healthy and rapid development of the library.
