- 从中医药文献数据库、《中医药学主题词表》的研制到中医药信息数字化虚拟研究院、基于结构型数据库的数据挖掘,中医药数据建设取得了显著的成绩。但中医药科学数据在建设和利用中也存在一些问题,需要思考。中医药科学数据建设需要采用虚拟研究院模式,必须有稳定的队伍。中医药科学数据建设与利用必须符合中医药学自身规律,建立适合自身数据处理的方法。中医药科学数据建设的理论和方法学问题,不可单纯引进其他学科的理论和方法,而应该在中医药理论指导下借鉴这些理论和方法解决中医药数据建设的难点。
- Abstract:
- The construction of TCM scientific data has made great achievements, including TCM literature database, the development of TCM keywords table, virtual institute of digital TCM information, and data mining based on structural database. At the same time, we found some problems in the construction and utilization of TCM scientific data, which demand our reflection. TCM virtual institute should be used to construct TCM scientific data and build a steady team. The construction and utilization of TCM scientific data should fit the law of TCM and establish a proper way of data processing. The problems in the theory and methodology of construction of TCM scientific data cannot be solved by solely introducing theories and methods of other subjects, but can be solved by referencing these theories and methods under the guidance of TCM theories.
