- 目的 通过分析中国国内期刊公开发表的中医药科技论文在2006－2015年的被引用情况，探讨近10年来中医药领域的研究热点。方法 对维普《中国科学指标数据库》中收录的在中国国内期刊公开发表的中医药领域科技论文的引文数据进行检索、筛选和排序，使用Excel和SPSS19.0软件对高被引论文的关键词进行统计分析。结果 得到2006－2015年中医药领域高被引论文、高被引作者、高被引论文的发表机构、高被引论文关键词的词频和共词分析等统计结果。其中出现频次最高的关键词为药理作用、化学成分、临床应用，出现频次最高的关键词组合为药理作用和综述。结论 2006－2015年，从引文数据的角度显示对中药的药理作用、化学成分、临床应用的研究以及对中医临床的辨证和诊断的研究是中医药领域的研究热点，其中丹参、黄芪、白术、黄芩、黄酮类等药物的研究是中药领域的研究热点，对冠心病、糖尿病、中医证候的研究是中医临床的研究热点。此外，中国中西医结合学会发布的《慢性胃炎的中西医结合诊治方案（草案）》被大量引用，预示着中医临床诊治方案有可能是未来的研究热点。
- Abstract:
- Objective To discuss the research hotspots in the TCM field in recent ten years by analyzing TCM articles of science and technology in domestic journals from 2006 to 2015. Methods Quotation data about TCM articles of science and technology in domestic journals in VIP China Science Indicator System were searched, screened and ranked. Excel and SPSS19.0 were used to statistically analyze the key words in the highly cited articles. Results The statistical results of highly cited articles, the authors of highly cited articles, the publication institutes of highly cited articles, word frequency of key words in the highly cited articles and co-word analysis were obtained. The key words with the highest frequency were pharmacologic action, chemical component, and clinical application; the keyword combinations with the highest frequency were pharmacologic action and review. Conclusion During 2006 to 2015, studies on TCM pharmacologic action, TCM chemical component, TCM clinical application, and TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis were research hotspots in the TCM field; studies on Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Acuteliariae Radix and flavonoid medicine were research hotspots in the Chinese materia medica field; studies on coronary heart disease, diabetes, and TCM syndromes were the research hotspots of TCM clinic. In addition, Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Schema for Chronic Gastritis (Draft) issued by Chinese Association of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine was frequently cited, which indicates that TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment would be future research hotspot.
