- 在住院医师规范化培训环境下，住陪对象的文献需求呈现学科范围广、侧重诊疗的特点。临床诊疗数据库的研发及医学视频库、医学专业网站的不断完善，为医院图书馆向住陪对象提供临床医学文献服务提供了资源保障。医院图书馆还应根据住陪对象的需求提供临床医学文献主题推送和检索服务。
- Abstract:
- Under the environment of standardized training of residents, the literature demands for standardized training for residents show the features of wide academic range, and focusing on diagnosis and treatment. The research and development of clinical diagnosis and treatment database and the improvement of medical video database and medical professional websites provide resource guarantee of clinical medical literature services for standardized training residents. Hospital libraries are supposed to provide subject information push and retrieval services of clinical literature according to the demands of standardized training residents.
