- 问题式学习(problem-based learning, PBL)教学模式是一种以学生为中心的教学方法,它能够促进深度学习,发挥学生学习的主动性。PBL在临床带教中的应用有助于培养学生自主学习的能力、解决问题的能力、临床思维能力、沟通能力、团队配合能力以及对重要概念和理论的深层次剖析和理解的能力。将PBL教学模式应用于肿瘤内科临床教学中,对肿瘤科临床实习生大有帮助。本文探讨PBL教学模式在肿瘤内科临床实习教学中的应用,以期为临床教学提供一些参考意见。
- Abstract:
- Problem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered teaching method, which can promote the depth of learning, and play students’ learning initiative. The application of PBL in clinical teaching can help students develop the abilities of self-study, problem solving, clinical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, and deep analysis and understanding of important concepts and theories. The application of PBL teaching model in clinical teaching of tumor internal medicine can offer great help for clinical interns in oncology. This article explored the application of PBL teaching model in clinical practice teaching of tumor internal medicine, with a purpose to provide some references for clinical teaching.
