- “一带一路”倡议为沿线地区图书馆带来了机遇。图书馆应当提高文化传播能力，完善资源建设体系，在科学思想指导下进行图书馆资源开发与利用，同时遵循政府主导、多元发展的基本原则，以建设资源交流共同体、建设资源应用平台为服务目标。并从数字资源开发、完善资源服务方式、拓展资源利用范围等层面提出了“一带一路”沿线地区图书馆馆藏资源开发与利用的有效策略，以促进图书馆馆藏资源开发利用的不断完善。
- Abstract:
- “The Belt and Road” initiative brings opportunities for the libraries in the areas along “the Belt and Road”. Libraries should enhance cultural communication ability, improve the system of resource construction, and develop and utilize library resources under the guidance of scientific thoughts. At the same time, by following the principle of government-led and diversified development, libraries should be with the goal of building a resource exchange community and building resource application platforms. Effective strategies for the development and utilization of library collection resources in the areas along “the Belt and Road” should be proposed from the aspects of developing digital resources, improving resources and service methods, and extending the scope of resource utilization in order to promote the continuous improvement of development and utilization of library resources.
