- 随着医疗卫生技术的不断发展,以及医院人才队伍的逐步壮大,医院图书馆传统的服务管理模式已经不能满足医护人员学习和发展的需求。对现有的医院图书馆服务管理模式进行分析,发现传统服务管理模式存在空间利用率低、馆藏资源匮乏、服务性能差等问题,导致医院图书馆难以发挥其应有的价值。为了改善医院图书馆的服务管理模式,提高馆藏资源的共享性,为医疗工作者提供更加优质的服务,应引入资源高度共享理念,突破医院图书馆传统服务模式的限制,利用信息技术,创设以用户为中心、围绕用户资源需求开展服务的全新服务模式。服务管理模式的变革有利于医院图书馆的发展,能够为广大医护人员提供更加优质的信息资源服务。
- Abstract:
- With the continuous development of medical and health technologies and the gradual expansion of hospital personnel, the traditional service management mode in hospital libraries can no longer meet the needs of medical staff to learn and develop. This article first analyzed the service management mode in current hospital libraries and found that the traditional service management mode had the problems of low space utilization, lack of collection resources and poor service performance, which made it difficult for hospital libraries to exert their due values. In order to improve the service management mode of hospital libraries, improve the sharing of collection resources and provide high-quality services to medical personnel, the concept of highly shared resources should be introduced; the limitations of the traditional service model of hospital libraries should be broken through; information technology should be used; a brand new service mode centered on users should be created; services around the needs of user resources should be carried out. The reform of the service management mode is conducive to the development of hospital libraries, and can provide a higher quality information resource service for the majority of medical staff.
