- 目的 探究“三看四点”教学模式在经络腧穴学教学中应用的效果。方法 将青海卫生职业技术学院2016级针灸推拿班29人作为实验组,在经络腧穴学教学中应用“三看四点”创新教学模式;2017级针灸推拿班39人作为对照组,应用传统教学模式。进行理论和技能考核,发布教学模式的认可度、学生学习态度、教学评价等调查问卷,进行第三方麦克斯评价,并进行t检验和卡方检验。结果 2组在学生满意度、考核成绩、教学模式评价方法认可度、指导老师对学生临床实践的评价、学生对教学模式的评价及同行教师评议等方面比较分析,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论 “三看四点”教学模式能促进经络腧穴学信息化教学改革,激发学生自主学习兴趣,提高学习成绩,强化临床技能训练,培养创新能力,值得推广。
- Abstract:
- Objective To study the effects of the teaching mode of “three-step observation and four-point acupuncture” in the teaching of theory of meridians and acupoints. Methods Totally 29 students in the class of acupuncture and tuina-massage in 2016 of Qinghai Vocational and Technical Health College were set as experiment group, and received the teaching mode of “three-step observation and four-point acupuncture” in the teaching of theory of meridians and acupoints; Totally 39 students in the class of acupuncture and tuina-massage in 2017 of Qinghai Vocational and Technical Health College were set as control group, and received traditional teaching mode. Theoretical and skills assessment was conducted, and the recognition of teaching mode, students’ learning attitude, teaching evaluation and other questionnaires were released. The third-party Max was evaluated. T test and chi-square test were conducted. Results There were significant differences in the two groups in student satisfaction, test scores, recognition of teaching mode evaluation method, evaluation of clinical practice by teachers, evaluation of teaching mode by students and clinical skill examination of peer teachers (P<0.05). As a result, the experiment group was better than the control group. Conclusion The teaching mode of “three-step observation and four-point acupuncture” can promote the informatization teaching reform of the teaching of theory of meridians and acupoints, stimulate students’ interest in learning independently, improve their academic performance, strengthen clinical skills training, and cultivate innovative ability, which is worth promoting.
