- 目的 基于中医传承辅助系统对治疗面部色斑的内服方剂进行组方规律分析,并在此基础上探索新方,以期为色斑的治疗提供参考。方法 依据《中华人民共和国药典》及《中华本草》,对《中医方剂大辞典》中记载的治疗面部色斑的内服方剂进行名词术语规范化处理,根据纳入与排除标准,将有效方剂录入系统,采用关联规则、改进互信息法、无监督熵聚类等方法,从药物出现频数、核心药对、药物之间关联度、性味归经等方面进行统计分析,并挖掘新方。结果 筛选出治疗面部色斑的内服方剂41首,涉及中药170味。其中常用中药33味,以辛味药、甘味药、温性药为主,常用药对10组,核心处方18条,新方9个。结论 古方分析结果可为防治面部色斑的新药研发及临床用药的传承与创新提供有益线索,但其安全性及有效性还需进一步验证。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze the prescription laws of oral formulae for treating color spots based on TCM Inheritance Support System (TCMISS); To explore the new prescriptions; To provide references for the treatment of color spots. Methods Based on the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Materia Medica, the terminology of prescriptions for treating color spots written in the Dictionary of TCM Prescriptions were standardized. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the effective prescriptions were entered into the system. Statistical analysis was carried out from the aspects of medicine frequency, core medicinal pairs, medicinal association, properties, tastes and meridian entry by using association rules, improved mutual information method, unsupervised entropy clustering and other methods, and new prescriptions were discovered. Results Totally 41 oral formulae for the treatment of color spots were screened, involving 170 kinds of Chinese materia medica, among which 33 were commonly used Chinese materia medica, with the dominant medicine of spicy, sweet and mild, 10 commonly used medicinal pairs, 18 core prescriptions, and 9 new prescriptions. Conclusion The analytical results of the ancient formulae can provide useful clues for the research and development of new drugs for the prevention and treatment of color spots and the inheritance and innovation of clinical medication, but its safety and effectiveness need further verification.
