中医药高校图书馆数字资源配置现状分析

- 目的 从科研工作者实际工作需求角度出发,揭示高校图书馆中英文数字资源配置的合理性,探讨中医药高校图书馆数字资源配置策略。方法 通过网络调查法,对全国23所中医药高校图书馆网站的数字资源进行分析;利用中国学术期刊网络出版总库(中国知网)检索、分析23所中医药高校的发文热点期刊并研究其在中文全文数据库中的收录情况;同时利用Web of Science数据库进行检索、分析中医药高校的SCI总发文情况,及热点SCI期刊的来源出版商。结果 共计有11个中文电子期刊数据库、14个英文电子期刊数据库有超过4所中医药高校在使用;中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、读秀学术搜索等中文数据库被大多数高校购买使用。中医药高校的SCI总发文情况表明,大部分SCI文章投稿在开放获取的期刊上,而收费的期刊来源出版商主要有Elsevier公司、施普林格?自然集团及Wiley出版社等。结论 图书馆在购置中文电子资源时,对于相似资源可以进行选择性购置,避免资源浪费,也避免了助长个别电子资源的垄断地位;购置英文全文数据库时,可扩大开放获取资源的宣传和利用,购置能力较弱的中医药高校还可以采取购置单个热点期刊来缓解本校科研需求压力。
- Abstract:
- Objective To reveal the rationality of digital resource allocation in Chinese and English digital resource allocation in libraries of colleges and universities from the perspective of actual work needs of scientific researchers; To discuss the digital resource allocation strategy in libraries of TCM colleges and universities. Methods The online survey method was used to investigate and analyze the digital resources of the websites of libraries of 23 TCM colleges and universities; China Academic Journals Online Publishing Database (CNKI) was used to retrieve and analyze 23 hot issue journals of TCM colleges and universities and study their inclusion in Chinese full-text databases; Web of Science database was used to retrieve and analyze the SCI total publications of TCM colleges and universities and the source publishers of hot SCI journals. Results There were 11 Chinese electronic journal databases and 14 English electronic journal databases in use by more than four TCM colleges and universities; Chinese databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, Weipu Database, China Biomedical Literature Service System, and Academic Reading Search were used by most colleges and universities; The total SCI publications of TCM colleges and universities indicated that most SCI articles were submitted in open access journals, and the publishers of paid journals were mainly Elsevier, Springer ? Nature Group and WILEY Publishing. Conclusion In the purchase of electronic resources, libraries can selectively purchase similar resources and avoid waste of resources and facilitating the monopoly of individual electronic resources. For the purchase of English full-text databases, the promotion and application of open access resources can be expanded. TCM colleges and universities with weak purchasing ability can adopt the purchase of a single hotspot journal to alleviate the pressure of scientific research needs.
