- 目的 探讨分析以新疆医科大学为专利权人的专利数据,为进一步深化提高医学院校创新发展能力提供参考。方法 以PatViewer专利平台为数据来源,检索1999-2018年以新疆医科大学为专利权人的专利数据,采用专利信息分析方法,从专利申请和公开数量变化、专利法律状态、专利类型构成等方面进行分析。结果 1999-2018年专利权人包含新疆医科大学的专利共计771件,均为中国国家知识产权局申请公开的专利。虽然整体数量呈逐年上升趋势,但年申请量和授权量偏低,无效专利数量偏高。结论 新疆医科大学应当提升对专利申请、专利管理、专利转化的重视,调整优化专利布局,形成专利服务管理生态链,在提高数量的同时注重质量,提升学校的创新发展能力。
- Abstract:
- Objective To explore and analyze the patent data of Xinjiang Medical University from 1999 to 2018; To provide references for further deepening the innovation and development ability of medical colleges. Methods PatViewer patent platform was used as data source, and patent data with Xinjiang Medical University as patentee from 1999 to 2018 were retrieved. The patent information analysis method was used to analyze the changes in the number of patent applications and disclosures, the legal status of patents, and the composition of patent types. Results From 1999 to 2018, there were a total of 771 patents including the patentee as Xinjiang Medical University, all of which were patents applied for publication by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. Although the overall trend was on the rise, the annual application and authorization volume were low, and the number of invalid patents was high. Conclusion Xinjiang Medical University should pay more attention to patent application, patent management and patent transformation, adjust and optimize the patent layout, form the ecological chain of patent service management, and focus on quality as well as quantity, so as to improve its innovation and development ability.
