- 为了解半夏有效成分的专利申请情况,以国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统数据为统计来源,截至2018年8月21日,共检索到有关半夏有效成分的专利732件。从技术领域分布、申请单位分布和申请人区域分布等方面,综合分析半夏的研究进展及应用特征。目前,半夏的研究主要以国内为主,其它国家如日本、韩国、美国等也有涉及,但是相关的研究机构分布较为零散,无法集中力量进行深入研究。我国半夏的研究处于发展期,针对半夏在抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗氧化等方面的药理作用,应充分利用半夏在我国的资源优势,不断提高半夏有效成分的分离提纯工艺和检测技术,推动半夏的产业化发展。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand the patent application situation of active components in Pinelliae Rhizoma, a total of 732 patents were found by August 21st, 2018 through the data from patent retrieval and analysis system of the State Intellectual Property Office as the statistical source. The research progress and application characteristics of Pinelliae Rhizoma were comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of technical field distribution, applicant regional distribution and applicant regional distribution. At present, the relevant research institutions are scattered, and they cannot concentrate their efforts on in-depth research. The research of Pinelliae Rhizoma in our country is in the development period. Aiming at the pharmacological effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma on anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation, resource advantages of Pinelliae Rhizoma in China should be made full use of, the separation and purification technology and detection technology of active components in Pinelliae Rhizoma should be continuously improved, and the industrialization of Pinelliae Rhizoma should be promoted.
