- 目的 调研徐州医科大学各个学科发展情况,为我校合理规划学科建设、明确发展方向提供决策参考。方法 利用基本科学指标数据库(ESI)和Incites数据库,统计分析我校2008-2017年Web of Science的论文,对我校ESI优势学科及3个潜力学科相关指标进行统计分析。结果 2008-2017年,我校共发文2 934篇,总被引频次26 047次,篇均8.88次。10年间发文量呈逐年上升趋势,文章的学科规范化的引文影响力(CNCI值)稳步提高;我校在临床医学学科与合作机构共发文709篇,总被引频次4 930次,论文被引百分比为72.64%,我校临床医学学科成为进入全球前1%的ESI学科,但发文期刊影响因子多在1~3范围内,有国际合作的论文影响力普遍高于其他论文。3个潜力学科为神经科学与行为学、药理学及毒理学、生物学与生物化学,其潜力值分别为0.71、0.84、0.37。结论 我校整体科研处于良性发展趋势,以后应对接国际评价标准,优化校内外资源配置,以绩效为杠杆,强化目标管理,激发学科内生动力和发展活力,鼓励科研合作,加快推进我校ESI学科建设,提升学科的国际影响力和竞争力。
- Abstract:
- Objective To investigate the development of various disciplines in Xuzhou Medical University; To provide decision-making references for the rational planning of discipline construction and clear development direction of our university. Methods Using the ESI and Incites databases, the articles in Web of Science in our university from 2008 to 2017 were analyzed, and the related indexes of the dominant disciplines and three potential disciplines were analyzed. Results From 2008 to 2017, our university issued a total of 2 934 articles, which were cited 26 047 times with an average of 8.88 times. In the past 10 years, the number of articles published has been increasing year by year, and the influence of standardized citations (CNCI value) of articles has been increasing steadily. A total of 709 articles were published in clinical medicine and cooperative institutions; the total number of citations was 4 930; the percentage of article cited was 72.64%. The clinical medicine of our university was one of the top 1% ESI disciplines in the world, but the impact factors of the published journals were mostly in the range of 1 ~ 3, and the impact of the articles with international cooperation was generally higher than other articles. The three potential disciplines were neuroscience and behavior, pharmacology and toxicology, biology and biochemistry. The potential values were 0.71, 0.84 and 0.37 respectively. Conclusion The overall scientific research of our university is in a positive development trend. In the future, we should link up with international evaluation standards, optimize the allocation of resources inside and outside the university, use performance as a lever, strengthen the management by objectives, stimulate the internal impetus and development vitality of disciplines, and encourage scientific research cooperation, in order to speed up the development of ESI disciplines in our university and enhance the international influence and competitiveness.
