- 目的 分析目前中医养生保健的现状及服务需求状况，发现问题，提出相应的行为规范和管理办法，以期为政府主管部门制定切实可行的政策措施提供数据支撑和事实依据。方法 选取北京、湖南、贵州三省市，通过随机抽样调查，分析群众对中医养生保健的关注度及患者就医行为，对养生保健机构的人员组成、服务项目、满意度等进行问卷调查。结果 ⑴56.0%的人关注养生节目，30.0%的人做养生保健。养生保健的关注度仍然有很大的提高空间。⑵调查的100家养生保健机构，均开展了中医药相关服务。养生保健机构从业人员均为大专及以下学历。⑶患者在基层对中医药服务有较大的需求，接受中医服务以中药、针刺、拔罐等项目为主。结论 要加快相关政策、法律、法规的建设，建立中医药养生保健行业标准，以促进中医药养生保健行业的健康发展。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze the current status and demand of health care service of TCM, to find problems, to propose corresponding behavior standards and management methods, to provide data support and factual basis for the government authorities to formulate practical policies and measures. Methods Beijing, Hu’nan Province and Guizhou Province were chosen. Random sampling survey was used to analyze the public’s attention to TCM health care and patients’ medical treatment behavior. Questionnaire was used for the investigation of personnel composition, service items, satisfaction, etc. of health care institutions. Results (1) Only 56.0% of people paid attention to health care programs and 30.0% did health care. There was still a lot of room for improvement in health care. (2) The 100 health care institutions surveyed all carried out TCM-related services. The employees of health care institutions were with junior college degree and below. (3) Patients had a greater demand for TCM services at the grassroots level, and mainly accepted TCM services, such as Chinese material medica, acupuncture, cupping and other projects. Conclusion The construction of relevant policies, laws and regulations should be sped up, and standards for the health care industry of TCM should be established, in order to promote the healthy development of health care industry of TCM.
