- 目的 利用文献计量学方法分析我国口腔癌研究现状及热点。方法 通过检索Elsevier Scopus数据库,对口腔癌相关文献的年发文量、文献类型、学科类别、研究主题、研究对象、研究设计、实验方法、发文作者和机构、期刊分布、被引频次等信息进行分析。结果 共检索到口腔癌相关文献1 828篇,总被引频次15 734次,篇均被引频次8.6次,近十年发文量明显上升。口腔癌相关文献的学科类别主要是医学、生物化学与分子生物学、牙科学;蛋白表达、代谢、基因组学、肿瘤标记物、致癌和microRNA等是基础科研热点;病理学、淋巴结转移、生存预后和药物等是临床科研热点。从研究对象看,主要是针对鳞状细胞癌、人、舌癌的研究,细胞增殖、免疫组化和聚合酶链式反应是主要的实验方法。发文量最多的作者共发表文献48篇,为来自上海第九人民医院的Chen W T;发文数量排前3位的机构为四川大学、中山大学和武汉大学,分别发表文献184、172、141篇。《中华口腔医学杂志》、Journal of Oral Pathology and Medicine(《口腔病理学与医学杂志》)和《华西口腔医学杂志》的发文量最多。结论 我国口腔癌相关文献数量和影响力逐年增加,对其热点进行分析可为深入开展口腔癌研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze current situation and hotspots of research on oral cancer in China through bibliometrics. Methods Elsevier Scopus database was retrieved, and information of annual publication volume, literature types, subject categories, research topics, research objects, research design, experimental methods, authors and institutions, journal distribution, frequency of citations was analyzed. Results Totally 1 828 articles were retrieved, and the total number of citations was 15 734, with an average number of 8.6. The publication volume and number of citations increased significantly in the past ten years. The subject categories of oral cancer related literature were mainly medicine, biochemistry and molecular biology, dentistry; protein expression, metabolism, genetics, tumor markers and microRNA were the hotspots of basic scientific research; pathology, metastasis, prognosis and drug were the hotspots of clinical research. In terms of research objects, it was mainly for squamous cell carcinoma, human and tongue cancer. Cell proliferation, immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction were the main experimental methods. Chen W T from Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital with the most articles published a total of 48 articles. The top 3 publications were Sichuan University, Sun Yat-sen University and Wuhan University, with 184, 172, and 141 articles published respectively. Chinese Journal of Stomatology, Journal of Oral Pathology and Medicine, and West China of Stomatology were with the most publications. Conclusion The number and influence of literature about oral cancer in China are increasing steadily year by year. The analysis of the hotspots can provide references for in-depth research on oral cancer.
