摘要:

赖广基著《异常医案》，记录医案100则，涉及病证广泛，涵盖内科、外科、妇科、儿科，重于奇症、误治、危症案。赖氏治疗特色为据脉求因，详察病机，重于诊疗思路；古方活用，用药精准，多法并施。

Abstract:

Yi Chang Yi An, written by Lai Guangji, records 100 medical cases, including various diseases and syndromes, such as internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics. It focuses on odd diseases, mistreatment cases, and critical diseases. Lai’s treatment characteristics are finding the cause according to the pulse, examining the pathogenesis in detail, and focusing on diagnosis and treatment ideas. Lai Guangji used ancient prescriptions flexibly, and medicated accurately, with multiple methods.
