摘要:
随着生活节奏的加快和生活压力的增大，我国高血压发病率逐年增高，伴随焦虑抑郁的高血压患者也在不断增加。西医治疗以口服降压药、抗焦虑抑郁药物为主，疗效欠佳且有一定毒副作用。本文查阅近年来相关文献，从高血压伴焦虑抑郁状态的中医病因病机、辨证分型、辨证用药及非药物治疗方面进行综述，以期为临床相关辨证用药、临床诊疗提供新思路。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of the pace of life and increase of life pressures, the incidence rate of hypertension is increasing year by year, and the patients with hypertension accompanied by anxiety and depression are also increasing. Western medicine treatment is mainly based on oral antihypertensive drugs, anti-anxiety and depression drugs, which are not effective and have certain drug side effects. This article retrieved the relevant literature in recent years, and reviewed the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension with anxiety and depression, syndrome differentiation, TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and non-drug treatment, in order to provide new ideas for clinically relevant syndrome differentiation and medication, and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
