摘要:
随着影像技术的发展，肺结节检出率明显提高。但本病早期患者一般无症状，由于无证可辨，不能及早有效干预。唐兴荣教授认为肺结节属于中医顽痰积聚，影像学异常即提示患者体内环境已经紊乱，提出治当遵循有证求之、无证求之的原则，即针对有证者当辨证论治，对于无证者可按阴阳分类，从体质、一般情况、舌脉及微观辨证等综合全面求证论治，有证求之与无证求之结合可以弥补无症状患者辨治的不足，发挥中医治未病的特色，有效阻断病程进展，为临床论治肺结节提供一定参考。
Abstract:
With the development of imaging technology, the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has increased significantly. However, patients in the early stage of the disease are generally asymptomatic, which makes clinicians fall into the situation of no evidence to identify, and can not intervene the disease effectively as soon as possible. Professor Tang Xingrong believes that pulmonary nodule belongs to the accumulation of stubborn phlegm in TCM. Abnormal imaging indicates that the internal environment of patients has been disordered. Professor Tang proposes that the treatment should follow the principle of seeking with syndrome and seeking without syndrome, that is, the patients with syndrome should be treated based on syndrome differentiation; the patients without syndrome can be divided into yin and yang, and should be comprehensively treated based on the constitution, general situation, tongue and pulse and micro syndrome differentiation. The combination of seeking with syndrome and seeking without syndrome can make up for the deficiency of syndrome differentiation and treatment of asymptomatic patients, give full play to the role of TCM treatment of disease prevention, and effectively block the progress of the disease course, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules.
