- 胃痛于临床中存在反复发作、易发展迁延为慢性疾病的问题，中医药治疗具有治病求本、调节人体气血阴阳平衡从而有效防治复发的优势。文章总结了谢军教授运用驱寇方治疗胃痛的临证经验。谢军教授认为胃痛病因多属外受寒邪、情志不畅、饮食不节或体虚不荣等，且胃腑为“水谷之海”，主受纳腐熟水谷，临床除辨证论治外更应着重于饮食因素，对症下药，故多用驱寇方以助脾胃运化，增强胃膜消化腐熟之功，气血同调，肝脾并治，以治胃痛。
- Abstract:
- Stomachache in the clinical treatment often suffers repeated attacks and easy to develop into chronic diseases. TCM treatment has the advantages of seeking the root of the disease, regulating the balance of qi, blood, yin and yang in the human body, and effectively preventing recurrence. This article summarized the clinical experience of Professor Xie Jun using Qukou Decoction to treat stomachache. Professor Xie Jun believes that the causes of stomachache are mostly exterior cold pathogens, emotional disorder, poor diet or body deficiency, and the stomach which is called “the sea of food and water” governs food intake and decomposing. In addition to syndrome differentiation and treatment, it is more important to focus on dietary factors and prescribe the right medicine. Therefore, Qukou Decoction is the key to help the spleen and stomach transport, enhance the work of gastric membrane digestion and maturation, regulate qi, blood, liver and spleen in treating stomachache.
