- 目的 分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准?中药成方制剂》（以下简称《中药成方制剂》）含苍术方剂组方规律，为临床应用及新药研发提供参考。方法 运用中医传承辅助平台V2.5收集并整理《中药成方制剂》含苍术方剂，构建数据库，采用频次统计、关联规则等数据挖掘方法，对含苍术方剂主治疾病、证候规律、常用配伍规律及组方特点进行分析，并对高频药对和高频证候进行深度分析。结果 含苍术方剂共229首，涉及中药612味，常用药对组合28个，主治疾病12种，高频药对为苍术-陈皮、苍术-厚朴，高频疾病为痹病、积滞、感冒。结论 《中药成方制剂》含苍术方剂功效相对集中，组方条理清晰，用药规律可以反映苍术治疗不同疾病的配伍特点，为苍术的临床组方及合理应用提供依据。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze the prescription composing law of prescriptions containing Atractylodis Rhizoma in Pharmaceutical Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China?hinese Patent Medicine (hereinafter referred to as Chinese Patent Medicine); To provide reference for clinical application and new drug development. Methods Based on TCM Inheritance Support System V2.5, prescriptions containing Atractylodis Rhizoma in Chinese Patent Medicine were selected and collected to build database. Frequency statistics, association rules and other data mining methods were used to analyze indicating diseases, syndrome rules, commonly used compatibility rules and prescription characteristics of the prescriptions containing Atractylodis Rhizoma, and high-frequency drug pairs and high-frequency syndromes were under in-depth analysis. Results There were 229 prescriptions containing Atractylodis Rhizoma, involving 612 kinds of Chinese materia medica. There were 28 commonly used medicinal combinations, 12 kinds of main diseases. The high-frequency drug pairs were Atractylodis Rhizoma-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Atractylodis Rhizoma-Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex. The high-frequency diseases were Bi disease, retention of food and cold disease. Conclusion The efficacy prescriptions containing Atractylodis Rhizoma in Chinese Patent Medicine is relatively concentrated, the prescriptions are well organized, and the medication law can reflect the compatibility characteristics of Atractylodis Rhizoma in the treatment of different diseases, which can provide a basis for the clinical formulation and rational application of Atractylodis Rhizoma.
