摘要:
不明原因发热因其不能明确病因而缺乏有效治疗。本文以马晓北从“三阳热郁”诊治不明原因发热病案一则为例，提出应六经辨证结合八纲辨证，审证求因，明确病机，以疏通气机为要，治以“透、清、和”三法，化裁使用升降散、柴胡桂枝汤、四妙勇安汤，取得疗效。
Abstract:
Fever of unknown origin lacks effective treatment because of its unclear etiology. This article took Ma Xiaobei’s case of diagnosing and treating for fever of unknown origin from “Sanyang Reyu (three yang stagnation)” as an example, proposed that the six meridians should be combined with the eight principles of syndrome differentiation, the evidence should be examined and the cause should be identified, the pathogenesis should be clarified, the qi activity should be regulated, and the treatment should be based on the three methods of “penetrating, clearing, and harmonizing”, with Shengjiang Powder, Chaihu Guizhi Decoction, Simiao Yong’an Decoction, which can achieve good efficacy.
