摘要:
结合建设优秀中华传统文化传承体系，弘扬文化自信，设置中医健身学课程的专业教学和思政教育双重目标，充分融入课程思政元素，理解中医传统功法和文化自信的相互交融性。采用理论讲解、现场演示、问题导向等教学方法，积极开展中医健身学课程思政教育，实现学生掌握知识、建立文化自信的目标。
Abstract:
Combining with the construction of excellent traditional Chinese culture inheritance system and promoting cultural confidence, TCM fitness course was set up to achieve the dual goals of professional teaching and ideological and political education. Through fully integrating into the ideological and political elements of the course, the integration of TCM skills and cultural confidence was understood. Ideological and political education of TCM fitness course was carried out through the use of theoretical explanation, on-site demonstration, problem-based learning and other teaching methods, so as to achieve the goal of helping students master knowledge, and establish cultural confidence.
