- 中药信息学作为中药学二级学科,具备了完整的知识体系,推动了中药理论发展、新药研发和临床合理用药。深入探讨与研究中药信息学的理论体系、技术框架、发展方向等内容有利于中药信息学的可持续发展。本文在对现状分析的基础上,探讨了中药信息学的概念,分析了中药信息学的研究内容与历史任务,结合生命科学与信息科学的发展趋势,分析了中药信息学发展所面临的机遇与挑战。明确学科理论基点、建立信息融合技术框架、形成产业与应用服务架构是当前促进中药信息学发展必须解决的关键问题。
- Abstract:
- As a second level discipline of Chinese Materia Medica (CMM), the knowledge system of CMM informatics has been established. CMM informatics played an important role in promoting the development of theory, R&D of new medicine and the rational application in clinics. The further in-depth discussion on theory system, technology framework and development direction would be beneficial to continue development of CMM informatics. Based on the analysis on the state of art in CMM informatics, the basic concept, research direction and the historical task were explored. Referencing the development trend in life science and information science, the opportunities and challenges in the development of CMM informatics were analyzed. In our opinion, establishment of theoretical basis, construction of information fusion framework and architecture of industrial system and application services are the most important problems for the development of CMM informatics.
