- 目的 通过关联规则的方法对治疗白细胞减少症的方药规律进行分析，为选取适当中药或中药有效成分进行药理机制研究提供重要指导。方法 以“白细胞减少”为关键词，从《中医临床诊疗文献数据库》中收集数据。对数据进行描述性分析，并通过关联规则分析探讨药物配伍。结果 中医治疗白细胞减少症前20种药物中，最多的是补虚药（17种），其次为活血化瘀药（2种）、利水渗湿药（1种）；前三位分别为黄芪（416次），当归（322次），鸡血藤（258次）。由关联规则分析得出，前三种关联规则为：熟地黄、补骨脂、鸡血藤=>当归；熟地黄、补骨脂、鸡血藤、黄芪=>当归；党参、当归、熟地黄、白术=>黄芪。3~5味中药的频繁项集分别是：当归、鸡血藤、黄芪（3味药）；当归、补骨脂、鸡血藤、黄芪（4味药）；当归、甘草、补骨脂、鸡血藤、黄芪（5味药）。结论 根据用药频次统计及数据挖掘发现中医治疗白细胞减少症的基本思路是从补肝脾肾之虚来论治。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze the association rules of Chinese drug compatibility used for leucopenia treatment and provide the some informational guidance for the experimental study of Chinese medicine on the leucopenia. Methods Data collected from Chinese Clinical treatment database by using leucopenia as keyword. The data were analyzed by descriptive study, and then analyzed the hidden patterns by association rules methods. Results 20 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) used most frequently in treating leukopenia belong to three different categories. Arranged in decreasing order of frequency, they are tonics, drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and drugs for eliminating dampness. Huangqi, Danggui and Jixueteng are used most frequently. The top 3 association rules patterns are Shudihuang, Buguizhi, Jixueteng => Danggui; Shudihuang, Buguzhi, Jixueteng, Huangqi => Danggui; Dangshen, Danggui, Shudihuang, Baizhu => Huangqi. Three to five frequent item sets are Danggui, Jixueteng, Huangqi(three drugs); Danggui, Buguizhi, Jixueteng, Huangqi(four drugs); Danggui, Gancao, Buguzhi, Jixueteng, Huangqi(five drugs). Conclusion To treat the deficiency of spleen and kidney is the basic idea of TCM treating leucopenia disease.
