- 本文阐述了在由传统出版向数字出版转变的大环境下，医学期刊编辑的职能、思维方式和行动方式也应随之转变，在传统编辑审校稿件基础上增加了鉴别稿件真伪、由选择稿件转为荟萃信息、由利用媒介转为驾驭媒介、由坐拥品牌转为提升品牌效应、由邮局代发转为推介导读、由无识版权转为重视版权，与时俱进，促进出版事业的发展。
- Abstract:
- This paper describes the transformation of function, mode of thinking and action of medicaljournal editors under the environment which changed from traditional to digital publishing. Editors should increase the identification of authenticity of the manuscripton the base of the traditional editing proofreading,converte from selecting the manuscript to meta information,from using media to control the media,fromsitting on the brand to enhance the brand effect,from post offices to promote reading,fromthe unconscious copyright to the importance of copyright. And editors also need advance with the timesand promote the development of the publishing industry.
