摘要:

孔令诩先生临证所见患者“涉肝者多”，选取先生3则病案，从辨治用药方面阐释先生调和肝胃法的应用。病案涉及肝胃不和所致胃痛、失眠、胸痛、乳腺增生，辨证均属肝热胃滞为主，但症状不尽相同，于是先生清肝和胃，并“随证治之”，或安神，或宽胸，或通络，灵活化裁，自有疗效。

Abstract:

According to Kong Lingxu’s clinical experience, he found out that many diseases were related to liver functions. The authors selected three cases about liver-stomach disharmony, explained the application of Kong Lingxu’s harmonizing liver-stomach method from the aspect of medication based on syndrome differentiation and treatment. The three cases covered stomachache, insomnia, chest pain, and breast lump, which were all caused by liver-stomach disharmony. Based on syndrome differentiation, all of these belonged to liver-heat and stomach-stagnation, with different symptoms. Therefore, Mr. Kong removed heat from the liver and harmonized stomach, along with “treating according to symptoms”, such as soothing nerves, regulating qi by alleviation of mental depression, and dredging meridians, which were flexible and with obvious efficacy.
