- 目的 了解全国高等中医药院校专任教师、研究生指导教师现状。方法 编制数据调查表，从国家中医药管理局公开发布的统计材料2013年、2014年《全国中医药统计摘编》提取数据，利用Excel2013进行统计分析。结果 2014年，全国高等中医药院校有专任教师26 441人，研究生指导教师12 390人；专任教师及研究生指导教师职称构成相对合理；专任教师队伍结构呈现出高素质、年轻化的特征；同时指导博士、硕士研究生的教师数量增长较快。结论 根据现状，做好高等中医药院校师资队伍建设规划，优化师资队伍结构，建立健全优秀教师培养制度。
- Abstract:
- Objective To understand current situation of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) universities and colleges. Methods Questionnaires were designed. Data from Extraction and Compilation of National TCM Statistics in 2014 and 2013 were extracted, and Excel 2013 was used to make statistical analysis. Results In 2014, there were 26 441 full-time teachers and 12 390 graduate student mentors; the academic title structures of full-time teachers and graduate student mentors were relatively reasonable; full-time teachers showed the characteristics of high-quality and youth; the number of graduate student mentors who can direct doctors and masters has increased fairly rapidly. Conclusion According to the current situation, construction plan of the teaching staff of TCM universities and colleges should be improved; the structure of the teaching staff should be optimized; training system of excellent teachers should be established.
