- 目的 调查北京市中学生对于中医药文化的认识程度,以期及时对“中医药文化进校园”活动进行反馈并提出建议。方法 从中学生课余时间对中医药的接触和了解程度、活动的具体开展情况、中学生对中医药的态度和对中医药知识的掌握程度等方面设计问卷,采用问卷法对北京中医学院附属中学、平谷中学、宏志中学、北京五中分校地安门校区等4所中学,共计700名中学生展开调查,采用Excel 2013和Stata 13.0等统计软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 共回收有效问卷603份。在课余生活中,146名学生(占24.2%)会主动尝试了解与中医药文化相关的知识,418名学生(占69.3%)不排斥了解中医药文化相关知识,39名学生(占6.5%)认为中医是伪科学。在6道中医药相关问题中,回答正确率最高的题目为“下面哪种植物有清热解毒的作用”,达50.9%;正确率最低的为“俗语:冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,夏天吃姜的道理是什么”,仅25.0%。结论 北京市中学生对中医药文化的兴趣尚可,但对中医药知识缺乏了解,对中医药文化的认知度整体较低。需要从社会体制和学校教育两方面着手改善现状。
- Abstract:
- Objective To investigate the degree of recognition about TCM culture of middle school students in Beijing; To give the feedback and advice of “TCM Culture Goes into Campus in Beijing” activity timely. Methods Questionnaires were designed from the contact and degree of understanding of TCM culture in middle school students’ spare time, the specific implementation of activities, the attitudes of middle school students towards TCM and the degree of recognition of the specific knowledge of TCM. A total of 700 middle school students in four middle schools (Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pinggu Middle School, Hongzhi Middle School and Di’anmen Branch School of the Fifth Middle School) were surveyed. Statistical analysis of the survey results was carried out by using statistical software such as Excel 2013 and Stata 13.0. Results A total of 603 valid questionnaires were collected. In their spare time, 146 students (24.2%) took the initiative to try to understand the knowledge associated with TCM; 418 students (69.3%) did not reject to comprehend TCM knowledge; 39 students (6.5%) believed that TCM is pseudo-science. Of the six questions of TCM related problems, the question of the highest accuracy was “Which of the following plants have the function of clearing heat and removing toxin”, while the question of the lowest accuracy was “What isthe rationale of the proverb: eat turnip in winter and eat ginger in summer”. Conclusion Although students in Beijing middle schools have interest in TCM culture, they still lack TCM knowledge, and the overall awareness of TCM is low. In order to improve the current situation, measures from social system and school education should be conducted.
