摘要:
李国勤教授擅长中西医结合治疗呼吸系统疑难病症，认为儿童闭塞性细支气管炎属于中医咳嗽、喘证；病因责之于内外因，内因为肺脾肾三脏不足，外因为外感邪气；病机为外邪侵袭，肺卫不固，脾失健运，肾不纳气，痰瘀互结；治则为健脾补肺益肾，活血化瘀通络，临证加减用药效果显著。
Abstract:
Professor LI Guo-qin is good at treating difficult diseases of respiratory system by integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine. It is believed that children with bronchiolitis obliterans belong to cough and asthmatic syndromes in TCM. The cause of the disease is due to internal and external causes. The internal causes are that the three organs of lung, spleen and kidney are insufficient, and the external causes are external pathogenic factors; the pathogenesis can be external evil invasion, lung and health not solid, spleen lost health transport, kidney failing to promote inspiration and phlegm and blood stasis; treatment should be strengthening spleen, nourishing kidney, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and dredging meridians. Addition and reduction of medicine in clinic can achieve significant efficacy.
