- 文章指出公共人文服务理念是图书馆管理与服务的核心价值,具体体现在“以人为本”的服务方式、以用户个性化需求为导向的馆藏建设、以人文关怀为基点的建筑设计、以信息公平获取为目标的资源体系建设。阐述了当代图书馆管理与服务创新应遵循的原则,包括读者平等原则、人本管理原则、人性化服务原则。并从人文风气、制度体系、服务机制角度探究了图书馆管理与服务创新的具体举措。
- Abstract:
- The article pointed out that the concept of public humanistic service is the core value of library management and service, which is embodied in human-oriented service method, collection construction guided by the individual needs of users, architectural design based on humanistic care, and goal of fair access to information resource system construction. It also explained the principles that should be followed in innovation of contemporary library management and service, including the principle of reader equality, principle of human-oriented management, and principle of humanistic service, and explored the specific measures of innovation of library management and service from the perspectives of humanities, institutional systems, and service mechanisms.
