- 目的 通过CiteSpace 5.6知识图谱对中医药防治骨质疏松症的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域近20年的发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2000年1月1日-2020年6月30日有关中医药防治骨质疏松症的文献,对纳入文献的发文机构、作者、关键词等信息绘制知识图谱,进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献852篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势,2000-2010年发文量较少,2011年开始逐渐增加;发文量最多为2016年,有110篇,随后保持在年发文量85篇以上。主要发文机构有辽宁中医药大学、甘肃中医药大学、广州中医药大学、甘肃省中医院、山东中医药大学、南京中医药大学。发文量较多的作者为郑洪新、葛继荣、陈娟、李生强、谢丽华、宋敏。关键词共现分析、突现分析和聚类分析得到的结果显示,主要研究热点为绝经后骨质疏松症、原发性骨质疏松症、大鼠实验、性激素、补肾中药、骨密度、中西医结合。结论 中医药防治骨质疏松症的研究从大鼠实验逐渐转向更深层次的细胞、分子和信号通路等水平的研究。临床研究方面还需加大病例收集,进行多中心的前瞻性研究,制定统一规范的中医辨证标准,指导临床用药。此外,还要加强中西医结合,以及研究机构和各团队之间的合作。
- Abstract:
- Objective To draw and visualize CiteSpace 5.6 knowledge map through literature on TCM in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis; To understand and explore the development status, research hotspots and dynamic frontier of this field in the past two decades. Methods Relevant literature of TCM in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis from 1 January 2000 to 30 June 2020 in China Knowledge Infrastructure Project (CNKI) database was retrieved. A knowledge map of the publishing organization, author, keywords and other information included in the literature was drawn for visual analysis. Results A total of 852 articles were included, and the amount of articles published was generally on the rise. From 2000 to 2010, the amount of articles published was relatively small, and gradually increased in 2011. The amount of articles published was at most in 2016, with 110 articles, and then the annual publication amount maintained at more than 85 articles. Main publication institutions included Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gansu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Authors with more publications mainly included Zheng Hongxin, Ge Jirong, Chen Juan, Li Shengqiang, Xie Lihua and Song Min. The results of key words co-occurrence analysis, emergent analysis and cluster analysis showed that major research hotspots were postmenopausal osteoporosis, primary osteoporosis, rat experiment, sex hormone, kidney-tonifying Chinese materia medica, bone density, and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion Research on TCM in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis has changed from the rat experiment to the deeper level of cell, molecule and signal pathway research. In terms of clinical research, it is necessary to increase case collection, conduct multi-center prospective research, formulate unified and standardized TCM syndrome differentiation standards, and guide clinical medication. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as the cooperation between research institutions and various teams.
