- 目的 利用知识图谱绘制软件CiteSpace分析中医防治疫病的研究现状和发展趋势。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2011年5月28日-2021年5月28日中医防治疫病研究领域相关文献,以作者、机构、关键词为节点进行可视化图谱分析。结果 共纳入1189篇文献,作者共339人,涉及关键词403个,9个聚类高频关键词,热点关键词为临床研究、新型冠状病毒肺炎、中医、疫病、肺炎、三年化疫、用药规律、湿温、温疫论。结论 中医防治疫病研究关注度较高,领域发展良好,研究作者和机构间的合作网络有待加强,研究由侧重理论研究发展到侧重临床研究。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases with TCM by using the knowledge mapping software CiteSpace. Methods Literature related to prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases with TCM from May 28th 2011 to May 28th 2021 in CNKI was retrieved, and authors, institutions and keywords were set as nodes for visual mapping analysis. Results Totally 1189 articles were included, with 339 authors, involving 403 keywords and 9 clustered high-frequency keywords. Hot keywords were clinical research, COVID-19, TCM, epidemic disease, pneumonia, epidemic transformation in three-year (Sannian Huayi), medication rules, damp-warm temperature, and warm epidemic theory (Wen Yi Lun). Conclusion The research on prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases with TCM is of high interest and the field is well developed. The cooperative network among research authors and institutions needs to be strengthened, and the research has developed from focusing on theoretical research to clinical research.
