- 目的 采用文献计量学方法分析针刀医学的发展现状、研究热点及研究趋势,为其临床应用提供参考。方法 以中国知识资源总库(CNKI)为数据来源,检索2002年1月1日-2021年6月 30日发表的有关针刀医学研究文献,导入CiteSpace软件,以文献计量学和知识图谱可视化方式,从发文情况、作者、机构、高频关键词、关键词聚类、突现词等方面对文献进行分析。结果 共纳入文献546篇。从年发文量看其趋势较为平稳;从作者聚类可见主要有6个聚类;机构发文以北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学、南京中医药大学较多,分别为50、21、16篇;治疗疾病以颈椎病(28次)、腰椎间盘突出症(28次)等为主;突现词显示,2008-2017年为骨性关节炎,2018-2021年为超声引导。结论 针刀医学的发展稳中有升,研究热点多集中在膝骨关节炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症等方面,超声引导成为研究趋势。
- Abstract:
- Objective To expound the development status, research hotspots and research trends of acupotomy through bibliometrics; To provide references for clinical application of acupotomy. Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) was set as the data source, and literature about acupotomy published from 1st January 2002 to 30th June 2021 was retrieved and imported into CiteSpace software for bibliometric and knowledge map visualization. The literature was analyzed from the aspects of publishing status, author, institution, high-frequency keywords, keyword clustering, and highlight words, etc. Results Totally 546 articles were included. In terms of the number of published articles, the trend was relatively stable; according to the author cluster, there were six clusters; Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were the main publishing institutes, with 50, 21, and 16 articles, respectively; cervical spondylosis (28 times) and lumbar disc herniation (28 times) were the main disease; the highlight words were osteoarthritis from 2008 to 2017 and ultrasound guidance from 2018 to 2021. Conclusion The development of acupotomy is steadily increasing, and the research hotspots mostly focus on knee osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, etc. Ultrasound guidance has become a research trend.
