摘要:

目的 对我国图书馆空间服务相关研究成果进行梳理和分析，总结其发展历程，为今后的研究发展提供思路。方法 检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）自建库至2021年8月27日发表的关于图书馆空间服务相关文献，运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件对发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词等进行分析挖掘，并绘制相关科学知识图谱。并辅助使用SATI 4.0文献题录信息统计分析软件确保分析结果的准确高效。结果 共纳入文献203篇，最早关于图书馆空间服务研究的论文发表于2001年。从发文趋势看，整体处于上升趋势，在2019年达到最高（38篇），此后逐渐回落并稳定。从作者关联看，目前大多数学者处于独立研究状态，作者间合作联系较少，主要合作团队有车宝晶团队、刘志国团队、伍玉伟团队。从机构合作看，独立机构占大多数，机构间联系不多。研究内容由图书馆服务数字化逐步转移至图书馆物理空间服务方面。结论 今后应扩大研究范围，提倡跨学科的交叉融合，加强作者及机构间合作交流等。

Abstract:

Objective To sort out and analyze the research achievements related to library space service in China; To conclude its development history and provide ideas for further research development. Methods Literature related to library space service published by CNKI from the establishment of the database to August 27th, 2021 was retrieved. CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to analyze and mine the number of articles, authors, publication organizations, keywords, etc., and draw relevant scientific knowledge maps. The use of SATI 4.0 literature bibliographic information statistical analysis software assisted to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the analysis results. Results A total of 203 articles were included, and the earliest article about library space service research was published in 2001. From the trend of publication, the overall trend was on the rise, reaching the highest point (38 articles) in 2019, after which it gradually declined and stabilized. From the author association, at present, most scholars were in the state of independent research, and there were few cooperative contacts among authors. The main cooperation teams were Che Bao-jing’s team, Liu Zhi-guo’s team, and Wu Yu-wei’s team. From institutional cooperation, independent institutions accounted for the majority, and there were not many inter-institutional contacts. The research content had gradually shifted from the digitization of library services to the physical space services of libraries. Conclusion In the future, the scope of research should be expanded, cross-fertilization of disciplines should be promoted, and cooperation and communication between authors and institutions should be strengthened.
